2. Order Processing
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 24–48 hours for order processing. During peak shopping periods, processing may take up to 72 hours.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your package. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to become active after dispatch.
3. Delivery Times
Once shipped, orders are expected to arrive within 4–10 business days.
Including processing time, the total estimated delivery time is 5–13 business days.
During busy periods such as the holiday season (October–December), delivery times may extend by an additional 3–5 business days due to increased demand at courier services.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, customs procedures, or courier delays.

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, we cannot guarantee delivery before specific dates or events, including holidays, weddings, or special occasions.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom as part of our commitment to a seamless shopping experience.

8. Shipping Issues
Orders are only considered lost or delayed if they exceed the following timeframes:
- United Kingdom & EU: 35 days after shipment
Before this period, the order is still considered in transit and cannot be classified as lost.
Delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or other external factors are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
Valérinne London is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import regulations, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
9. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to modify the address. If an order has already been shipped, Valérinne London cannot be held responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect address details.
10. Returned Shipments
If a package is returned due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
Refunds may not be issued in such cases.
